How far are the villas from Kos airport?
Five kilometres — about ten minutes by car from Kos International Airport “Hippocrates” (KGS). You can land, collect a hire car and be on your veranda within half an hour.
How close is the beach?
Mastichari beach and harbour are 1.4 km away, roughly four minutes by car. The village has tavernas, shops and the ferry across to Kalymnos.
How many people does each villa sleep?
Each villa sleeps five, in two bedrooms, and has a bathroom with a separate toilet and shower. Cots are available on request.
Are the three villas the same?
Yes — same layout, same size, same finish. Every villa has its own private veranda, yard, garden and parking.
Do the villas really see the sunset?
The villas stand on open high ground above Mastichari, facing the sea, with nothing built around them. In summer the sun goes down over the water in the direction of Kalymnos — the villas are named after that hour of the evening.
Is there air conditioning and Wi-Fi?
Yes. Air conditioning in every room, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and cookware, a washing machine and free private parking — in all three villas.
