No reception, no corridors, no neighbours through the wall. Each villa has its own veranda, its own garden, its own silence — and in the evening the sun goes down over the sea towards Kalymnos. That hour is the one the villas are named after.
And yet nothing is far: the beach and harbour of Mastichari are four minutes down the hill, the airport ten minutes the other way, and the whole of Kos within half an hour.

A whole house to yourselves: coffee on the veranda before the heat, an afternoon in the hammock, and in the evening the sun going down over the sea — with nobody on the other side of the wall.
For families
Two proper bedrooms, room for five, a fenced-in world of lawns to run on, a washing machine for the small disasters, cots on request — and the beach four minutes away when the buckets and spades come out.
